1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the user ("you" or "member") and the kcu9 platform ("Platform"). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement. By accessing, registering on, or continuing to use our website, mobile platform, or any related service, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

kcu9 reserves the right to change, amend, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on the kcu9 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online betting or gaming is legally prohibited.
• You must play in your own name, from your own account, and in your own interest.
• You must not have been previously banned from our platform.

kcu9 may request valid identification documents or other necessary paperwork at any time for age verification purposes. We reserve the right to restrict an account until verification is complete. If any member provides a false age or identity, their account will be closed immediately and any winnings earned may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and their balances may be seized.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. kcu9 reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if incorrect information is provided.

3.3 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. Notify our support team as soon as you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

3.4 Account Closure and Suspension

kcu9 may suspend or cancel an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Evidence of bonus abuse.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• At the user's own request under the responsible gaming policy.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳500. We accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits through any other method are not accepted under any circumstances.

You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed until identity verification is complete.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on kcu9 are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No facility is provided for transactions in any foreign currency.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at kcu9 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per promotion.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are only usable in the games or categories specified in the offer.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
• kcu9 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.

6. VIP and Loyalty Program

The kcu9 VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. kcu9 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits. Cashback is credited directly to the account and applicable wagering requirements apply.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

kcu9 is committed to ensuring a fair play environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and are subject to penalties:

• Cheating, match-fixing, or any form of dishonest conduct.
• Use of bots, automated software, or similar technological aids.
• Artificial betting or collaborative betting for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual or an organized group.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.

If kcu9 detects suspicious activity, it reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold withdrawals until an investigation is complete.

8. Gaming Rules

8.1 Betting Rules

Each game or betting category has its own rules. It is every member's responsibility to read the relevant game rules before playing. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the deposited amount will be refunded.

8.2 Sports Betting

All sports betting results will be determined in accordance with internationally recognized rules. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled following kcu9's policy. kcu9 reserves the right to cancel bets placed based on incorrect odds or incorrect information.

8.3 Live Casino and Slots

Live casino games are operated through third-party software providers. The rules of the relevant provider will apply in such cases. In the event of a technical disruption, kcu9's decision will be considered final.

In the event of a service shutdown, arrangements will be made to return active members' account balances, excluding bonus balances.

14. Applicable Law

These Terms will be governed by applicable legal regulations. In the event of a legal dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through discussion. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
